You're welcome! I have an affinity for moths which is why I was drawn to this one, they're like plump fluffy misunderstood butterflies, I don't know many that think moths are appealing. The giant ones are so beautiful. Thanks for the watch <3

Thanks KovoWolf, the lens is a Tamron 90mm sp (the 1997 model, not the recent one).
Well, just find a way to diffuse your light source (be it the sun, artificial light), get close to your model well before the shot (I like to follow them through viewfinder for a while, crossing my fingers for a good pose), sometimes they flee on the first clic so I try to make it count. Sometimes I'm just too lucky

with bugs it's a bit more random than birds and pets, imo. When you see a bird looking left and starts spreading its wings, you can anticipate it's going to fly to the left, otherwise with bugs... um... which eye is looking where??Β Β
