Anemone! The overall WB experience in iOS 9 is a bit jarring (although, Anemone does have it's downfalls). But it is nice to have everything in one place where it can be toggled on or off.
In the same vein, everything that's in your /Themes folder appears in Anemone already, so there's no trouble of moving files already present.

what about like your custom themes, and iconbundles? do they also show? that's probably the reason i hadn't moved yet, cause i usually mess with the icons on my computer then upload them as iconbundlesΒ

Any custom little .theme package you make shows up under the 'Misc' category in Anemone, similar to how it's laid out in WB normally.
The only thing that doesn't play nice are Iconomatic which need to be renamed, otherwise there's a hiccup here and there during the smooth sailing.

Nice, might have to say good by to winterboard then, was a great friend, although a little on the cluttered and unorganized side but it was always effecient, i guess ill download anemone, thanks for the helpΒ

It's unfortunate that WB has been kind of left on it's own. It gets updated to work with each iOS version but no new features or anything gets added to it. Anemone has the bonus of iconomatic, badges, docks, etc. being all bundled into one tweak

just moved to Anemone, must say thanks for the guide, i probably wouldve remained grumpy about abandoning winterboard, faced a few hiccups here and there, but it's a much better user experience, it's like the update winterboard ever needed...Β
