Description
It's the oil based pokemon, Pufuel and Engreed. Pufuel is based off of Puffins/penguins drenched in oil spills, and Engreed is based off of Otters/Seals/walruses/other marine mammals drenched in Oil, mixed with an Oil pump. Pufuel is a mix of Puffin and Fuel, and Engreed is a mix of Engine, and Greed. The suit the overall technological theme of my region very well, and are found on routes with Purple Whirl brand oil pumps. Engreed's base stat total is 400, but it learns a giant variety of moves.

Flavor Text: It is believed that Pufuels where previously other pokemon similar to Seels or Piplups, but polution evolved them into what they are today. Pufuels store food and berries in the gelatinouse body to save for later. They can carry three times their body weight in food.
