Obviously, Satoru got into a little accident. XD He's getting trained to be as good as the other scientists. Which is why Kurotsuchi is constantly giving him little experiments to work with so he knows what to do when he's on his own. X3 And Rai went to go see what he was doing.

Rai actually goes to check up on him a couple times a day when they're working.

Because of how dense he is the scientists of the twelfth division feel a need to look out for him. XD
