Ren from 'Fragile: Farewell Ruins of the Moon'.
This game isn't even released yet and probably won't be for like 9000 years, but I'm in love with it already.. can you tell I'm a biased Tri-Crescendo fan? 8D
Uhmm.. I didn't use any references except for the background, so I know a lot of things are wrong (esp. the anatomy and perspective). I don't really understand the physics of her dress either, but Ren is really fun to draw~ XD
