Description
Commander Hurricane, the most respected military figure in Equestrian history, gained his title as leader of the pegasi the hard way, so obviously following the formation of Equestria he kept his distance from Chancellor Puddinghead and Princess Platinum; to him the idea of being elected or born into position is fundamentally wrong.

I think this is the first time I've actually spent effort on a proper background. And a foreground. In fact, for an image that was going hideously wrong, it's come out alright.

MLP belongs to Hasbro. Commander Hurricane belongs to Hasbro. The design of Commander Hurricane here was made by me and myself.
