that would be Flash
BUTT the reason why Paint Tool Sai is soooo loved is because of the stabilizer tool...it makes sures to like steady yer lines idk...you just have to try out for yourself...google the stabilizer tool on paint tool sai....like seriously...its sooooooooooooooooo good...i use it a lot for line art!
