She tends to see how far she can go until she either gets caught or becomes bored. When she lose her facade she would make snarky remarks to others to annoy them.

History:
  Doris was born in the seas near Paestum in a disarray clan. As a young siren she was always told to look after herself and never to trust anyone. So at a young age Doris had to learn how to hunt for herself, luring in human called sailors, and how to raise herself. While she was out during the night luring in sailors there were times where she would hide to hear the songs they would sing, whenever they would have parties.
  When Doris was around her 500's she started getting tired at the way her clan has been running and during the night when no one was looking she swam away from her clan to find interesting things around the sea. After a few months of exploring she found a decent grotto near Capreae. While she was living there she found it a good hunting ground for types of fish, and she still would go up to the rocks above the water to lure in any sailors that passes her time from time. During her time at the grotto Doris met many mystical creatures that would pass by in and above the water; such as mermaids, other sirens, water sprites, demons, harpies, etc. During one of her luring Doris didn't notice that the captain of the ship she was going to attack was a demon, and after she finish singing her song Doris quickly went aboard to to sit herself on the railing to lure them into the sea, she looked over to the man she assumed to be the captain from the clothes he was wearing and saw how he was staring at her, not noticing that he had plugged up his ears. Out of frustration she growled and sang again to get him fall under her spell. Mid-way through her song she saw him slowly walking over to her and she grinned, before she was able to finish the captain grabbed her throat squeezing with a firm grip, causing Doris to move her hands up to scratch at his arms as she bare her teeth at him she she could get out. When the men started at her in the eye Doris found out how he was a demon from the colors of his eye being having a red pupil surrounded by black. Before she want able to do anything Doris quickly move her hands to scratch at his friends to get him to grunt and let go of her, and she quickly jumped off to head back into the water to swim away. After that incident, Doris became more careful with who she lure after she didn't feel fear of having that to happen again. As months past she notice how she would see the same ship pass by her spot a few times and would always see how the demon would look over the railing into the sea. Once a year past, she got annoyed at how he would just stay there to most likely to look for her. Doris went up to the ship to yell at him and ask him what he is doing. After a bit of them arguing about what happen, they both became friends.

The first thing she was able to notice what that she was still somewhat on land and that the room was made out of wood. She couldn't recollect the memories of how she got there or what has happen or how much time past, but as she was going to get off the bed she saw that she was wearing her friend coat and that something felt off. As she moves she pulled the sheet off of her to see legs and not her tail, causing her to jump off the bed accidentally to hit the floor. When she tried to get up she saw the door swing open and a middle age women standing there in fear of what the noise was. Before Doris can scream at her, the lady ran up to her and grabbed her to set Doris on the bed again to a sitting position. Doris demand to know what happen and found out the lady name was Erica and that she found her on the beach face down with the coat on her. She followed it to Louisiana and sighed knowing that if she wanted to fill her curiosity she had to get on land to explore. Once she got one land she quickly put on a hoodie she found while swimming around a boat once. She moved up to the boat to look around for anything she could use or for clues of anything about her friend. While snooping around she found a sheet about an academy and out of boredom she read it. After finding it out mystical school she went to follow the people that was on the boat.
