So I tried my hand at one more concept of Sombra the other today. With the leaks that just released(if they are legit) this one got the closest, with the hair and the weapon!This would be if Sombra grew up and became the tech-savy leader of Los Meurtos gang from the Hero short.

An another omnic character would have been so cool! But so many of the signs, seem to point to that not being the case for Sombra, sadly..
