Would you know what I mean if I say this one "rattled my cage" (pun intended) but it did and I can't say why and that's what I like about it.
Exceptional

I know what you mean about Blender and one of the reasons I'm here and not there so to speak is that the Blender Portals can be so sniffy with beginners do it there way or not at all. Based on my experience it's taken me a year from a base line of having at least an idea of what CGI is about Β to being Β confident with the programme to the point where I can figure out more or less whatever I want to do with a bit of research and trial and error. But I read somewhere that the single most defining factor between a talented part timer and a professional expert is time, and the magic number is 10,000 hours or five years full time study and application to master just about any subject these days. All I want is to be good enough to have fun.
Keep in touch I'd like to know more about how you work because whatever you are doing, its brilliant.

I feel guilty now, some clever clogs once said that the English speaking world is one culture divided by a common language. I was trying to be encouraging what I was trying to say was that you don'tΒ have to be an expert to be good enough to have fun with it and get what you need from it. MOST of the rest of it you will probably never use or need.Β Β Please do try again I recon twelve months will get you where you need to be for 90% of what you probably want from Blender, but the important thing is that it helps you to do more and dosn't distract you from doing what you are doing so well already.
I'll shut up now before I put my foot in it again. Β
