Something that I started a couple months ago, and finally decided to pick up and finish in time for AC! I tried to actually USE lighting techniques this time.. I'm still having a very hard time judging light sources and their effect on colour, but I'll get it with practice, I suppose. Still a long way to go!
So here is Lue, in my new favourite theme of stars and night skies, inspired by... well, summer nights, I suppose :3 And some CLAMP, among other things. Lue is forever and always will be my raver kitty alter ego. behehe.

Congrats on the DD! Heh, I did a kind of "lounging on the moon" pic a few months ago myself, but I think yours gets a more whimsical sense that's delightful. I like the swirling clouds (would that be the CLAMP influence?) and the way her striped tail follows the moon's curve. Delightful pic.

That's true, especially if you're depicting something that you want to have happen in the future. It gives you more motivation to do things and make your dreams a reality. On the flipside, if it's something that will never happen, at the very least you have an image that will help you imagine it as reality. Either way, it's a great thing. -sighes- ~<3
