The tv show is called "Fairly Odd Parents" and the basic premise is a boy has two fairies that grant him any wishes he so desires. The drawing depicts one ill worded wish about wanting to know what girls think so he can buy the perfect present for his girlfriend named Trixie. Timmy ends up turning into a girl only to have his one friend present him with a dead frog while the other wants to have nothing to do with he (now her).

uhm.........I ....dont....know....sorry. I know its the eppisode of Trixi's Birthday and Timmy didnt know what to get her and is turned into a girl by Wanda and now can think like a girl and blah blah blah. XD
