Whew!!!So this is my part of a trade with (who draws absolutely adorable chibis, I might add)!
She asked for me to draw Xemnas and Zexion interacting in some way that is very much in character and as normal as one could possibly expect them to act in the game universe.
I very much liked the idea.
Now while I don't have a full-on scenario thought up for this picture, I did sorta have the idea that Xemnas wanted to give Zexion some super covert mission. Maybe he's asking for him to keep on eye out for any suspicious activity from the newbies in Castle Oblivion... I dunno.
I'm terrible at coming up with these sorts of things. 
At any rate, it was really nice to draw two Organization members who I don't often draw. I find these two to be VERY interesting, and hopefully I doodle them more often in the future. AND OMG I ACTUALLY TRIED MAKING A BACKGROUND THAT SORTA RESEMBLES AN ACTUAL PLACE!!!! I attempted to make it look like a room in The Castle That Never Was... Hope it looks alright!

I love the attention to detail in the faces. it definitely gave them a sense of realism while still holding onto there true anime-looking style.

OH EM EFF GEE. Wow. You've completely blown me away! How DARE you be so awesome? This is incredible. Uhm, where do I start? I LOVE Xemnas and his frowny face of stern-ness- and you did his hair so WELL~~~
Don't get me started on Zexion. Don't EVEN. His hair is perfect, his face is so amazing (it looks just like some face he would make, too- super-extra-bonus brownie points for the attention to in-character detail!), and HOLY FRUITCAKE do not get me talking about his coat. I will limit my gushing to this; you're absolutely amazing. I'm gobsmacked by your skill in shading and clothing wrinkling, which I've always found to be SO difficult.
Your half is almost done! I'm working on the (admittedly, failtastic) background as I type, so that should be up SOON.
I can't say just how utterly 'wow'ed' I am at this. Maybe an emote will do?

I totally forgot how difficult Xemnas's hair was!!!! But I'm glad it looks good. As for Zexion... I LOVED drawing him. SO MUCH. I don't even know how I thought this up, BUT I'm just happy it totally seems like a plausible scenario!

Oh, do you mean the faint scratch marks on the background? I used a textured picture of metal and overlayed it in Photoshop. It makes for a cool effect!
