My dad made this drawing with my instructions "I want a pretty badass drawing with Darth Vader and a Dalek".And here we are !

I doubt Vader's Lightsaber would get through the Dalek's shielding. Vader's best weapon would be the Force, but since he has his Lightsaber out, I'm guessing he has chosen not to use it first.
He'll swing, stumble as the force of the strike does nothing, the Dalek would shoot him point blank. =\

It would be a pretty close fight, but I think that in the end, Vader would win, by deflecting most of the blasts from the Dalek until he reached close enough to cut out his upper half! Btw great artwork by ur dad!

let's look at their individual abilities then:
Vader: force and lightsaber, can't use mind control on a Dalek, but force lifting could be usefull, but this can potentially be negated by Dalek "Elevate". Lightsaber is powerful but limits him to close range figthing. He's part droid so won't feel too much of a sting if shot, but might suffer from system failure all the same. Fast and acrobatic.
Disadvantages: poor long range figthing, overtly dependant on shortrange, unarmoured.
Dalek: heavely armoured and versatile weapons. Gunstick good for long range (but Vaders lightsaber can negate it), suctioncup is sortof usefull for shortrange. Has a suicide function if everything goes wrong, but this is slow and needs to be ordered by a higher-up Dalek.
Disadvantage: poor close quarter skills. Slow and combersome, lacks the versatility of a humanoid form. Vulnerable weapons, if Vader got in close he'd disarm it instantly.
Conclusion: Vader would most likely win due to his versatility in combat, Dalek armour protects it from attacks but would only slow a lightsaber down.

Vader wouldn't even get a chance, he'd be shot dead. Also Daleks designed their casings with psychic powers in mind, and they use psychic energy to power their movement, AND they've fought psychic races, like the Time Lords. Sorry, but Vader would be dead quite quickly.

He could sense what it would do before it could attack.
He would simply crush it from the inside out. Plus, a lightsaber would burn right through.
The "Time Lords" are nothing compared to the power of the Dark Side.

That was barely legible.
The Time Lords are greater than the Dark Side. They have machines that can make black holes, and they require no outside force to use their psychic abilities. And no, a lightsaber would not burn right through it, Daleks are tanks, not flimsy droids and are built with resistance to a wide range of weaponry; energy blades included. Plus those are melee weapons and by the time you get close enough to use one you're already dead because it shot you. In the position presented here Vader would be dead before he could do anything. Force crush takes time to cast, and before he could do that the Dalek would shoot him.
As for sensing what it would do; Time Lords can do that. They can always sense things that are going to happen, or rather all possible moments that could happen, of a caliber far beyond what paltry humans are capable of. That didn't stop thousands of Time Lord casualties during the Time War. Darth Vader would lose this fight, there's no two ways about it.
