Grugh looked at her smugly, as if to deny her the victory. She quickly dashed at him, determined to take his throat.But at the worst time Grugh grabbed her leg and threw her into the backseat of a car.
Luckilly enough the door was open...

Sorry but there are no such thing as cars in XM... tho the bg idea was just too awesome to pass up.
Just me being silly and finally adding a Bg to this pic, whick many should remember if they saw it in my scraps.
Her pose is based off of an old FF7ac trailer. Betcha can't guess what scene tho? (it really isn't hard)

without reading the other comments first the pose is inspired by Tifa in the temple in the slums of Midgar when she is slung against the wall by the bad dude attacking her.

Wow those colors are just amazing! It has such a gritty feel to it, and yet the colors are dingy or muted. And the angle on this along with the pose look great!

I'm not sure if I like the grain texture, personally... but it makes for a really interesting effect, and reflects the out-of-character modern elements in the picture, after all.

I am not fond of the grain either, but it makes the coloured pencil and CG work together other than being a blatent glare.

No, it is from the tifa fight... just a short pause showing it, and i only noticed it by my comp freezing XD
And yes I did notice that they cut out that part of the Kadaj/cloud fight... I really wanted to see that T_T

yeah :\ and the bit where cloud is putting his old sword back in the ground outside midgar, there was fottage of him picking it up and lifting it befor plunging it down into the ground, but they changed it to a close up of it just going "thdumph" into the ground. I think there were other bits but I can't remember.

The girl is coloured pencil, the seat isn't... it is cg made to look somewhat like coloured pencil.
