Because this is the most logical thing that came to my mind to why he never gives F!MU a ring.-------
My second playthrough with MU!Ki and I wanted to wait until Chapter 11 for the sappier less funny proposal.....STILL MADE A SERIOUSLY SWEET PROPOSAL INTO A HILARIOUS ONE.

Well, chrom DOES have a ring on him. In this scene with the other potential wives, He mentions that he had a ring that his parents gave him when he was young and that he should give it to his future wife. However the Female avatar doesn't get that in their cutscene
