i just corrected the tone on the stain and added a glow, i thought of the bird when i seen the wall

Do you take the pictures in black and white and then tone them, or do you only slightly adjust some of the tones? Where are these taken?

Ya are darn creative. That pheonix looks as if it was preparing an encounter with the army of darkness. Look at its head, held so high up with it eyes glowing with courage...its wings spread wide to gain as much altitude as possible..as it might not be able to do so anymore...
