INSPIRED TO DO/DONE FOR ~Zal-Ta-TalOs 's contest. BUT MAINLY DONE becuase for some reason i just wanna draw DC characters.Outfit design: yeah, well...i knew i wanted her in white and for her too show a little more skin than her normal cheerleader-esque costume does. I tried my best to not make a carbon copy of Galetea's or Powergirl's outfit. ...eh, I tried...
