Name: Coaxoch Mango (wtf 8D)
Age: Technically 150 but it translates into about 16-17
Species: Gorgon
Power(s): Turning people to stone (albeit a spastic power she can’t really control yet), and a poisonous bite from both her own fangs and that of her snakes (though that she can control somewhat XD)
Dorm: Rabisu
History/Description: She was born into a big and loving Gorgon family (she was the second youngest child out of 20), however her family (and the majority of her town) was quickly sucked away from her by Gluttony when he accidentally fell asleep on the outskirts of her village. Despite only being five years old, she managed to shut his mouth and wake him up. He was impressed at her ability to do so and after realizing that he had swallowed anyone who could take care of her (and not being able to find them =w=; ) he took her in as his own daughter. Her powers are a bit on the rocky side seeing as she wasn’t really raised by someone of her own kind and has had to figure out her powers on her own (sometimes Gluttony would try and help by bringing her books on snakes and such or doing research for her). Her ability to turn people to stone is a rather spastic one, it only emerges when she’s terrified or suddenly surprised (sneaking up on her would be a bad idea lD), and she wants badly to control it. In order to avoid being snuck upon, she taught herself to be sneaky, so that she could sneak up on people before they sneak up on her. This hasn’t always worked out for her, however, and she’s had more than a few mishaps.
Despite their first few years together being rocky, seeing as he’d sneak up on her for laughs (often times getting turned into stone by accident and causing her a lot of distress lD) or trying to hug her and be affectionate when she was upset (her snakes would bite him, causing his face to swell up and brining more distress), they’ve turned into quite the loving single-parent, only child family. Sometimes she is forced to be the more mature one of the two, making him clean up after he makes a mess in the kitchen (though she somehow always ends up cleaning the kitchen by herself), calming him down when he gets too excited or too upset, and making sure that he doesn’t spend too much money on indulging himself or her.
All in all, she is a lot more like her surrogate father than she’d like to admit. She can easily go from relaxed and calm to excited and adventurous and she loves to dance, swim, and just move. However, she is sometimes a bit self-conscious about her powers because she isn’t very familiar with them, or her own species, and she’s too ashamed to ask any other Gorgons in the Academy for help. For this reason, and for the sake of public safety, she often has her snakes tied up when she goes to class, just in case they decide to get nippy. Romantically she’s never really been able to get close to anyone (or even get her first kiss XD) because her snakes would attack anyone she went on a date with; apparently they’re very picky D8.
Note: Gluttony changed her name when he took her in but he ended up being unable to pronounce it very well so he gave her a middle name, promptly named for his second favorite fruit lD (his first favorite was orange but her snakes attacked him when he suggested it Dl )

She has a crush on Professor Blackhawk and has signed up for both of his classes XD *Extra time with the teacher plz* LAWL DOES HE TUTOR TOO?
