The stars/galaxy pattern you used for Lance's cape is a very nice touch. It really brings in the nostalgia of the classic magic theme. And normally I think red/pink accessories clashes with an ensemble of a different color but I think because you didn't make the flowers super pink it works for Lance. So way to go on that! One question I have is why you went with a modern looking belt. When I think "witch" or wizard or even mage I would use a scarf or some kind of rope in place of a modern belt. But that's just me.

Didn't color the belt? I thought it was colored. I mean, leather can be black and all. Plus it goes with the shoes. Oh, so it's a witch world in a modern time! That makes sense. I get it now. I thought it was like an old world magi-tech era. My bad.
