Description This is not a "Pray for Japan" drawing, it's a direct message.
What's written -> "Even if I cry, even if I'm hurt, I don't stop. Hold on, Japan!"



In my country, the Ambassad of Japan is opened to condoleances till Wednesday, I think, so I drew that.
Actually, what she doing with her hand is not wrong, I tried it. It hurt but it was impossible. Then again, if you look at how Sayuri (Memoirs of a Geisha) bent her hand in the Snow Dance scene, you won't be surprised.

At first, there as my name and my e-mail in the bottom, I just cropped the picture XD

I should be a kimono-designer. *had first wanted to draw lil flowers with lil dots, but was too lazy and impatient so the flowers turned messy*
Yaaaaaayz. And when I think that a true kimono is made by hand....

Character (c) me (she's unnamed though. I could always name her Yuukiko)

-> Don't ask me what are the kanjis. I took random kanjis on the internet, the ones I prefered. I can't recognize them though. I know that there is Patience, Hope, Future, Dignity, Power...

The kanji is pretty, I'm surprised you can write it (I kinda can't, even though I'm Chinese and can write a little of that) XDD Her expression is very peaceful and the tree branches actually look like branches. ♥!

Not really. XDD I took a little while to learn some basic phrases once, but all I know is l'eau means water and le salle de bains means bathroom (?) XD And garcon means boy. And la femme means lady.

If I ever visited France all I could say is BOYWATERBATHROOMLADY AAAAA XDD

I don't even understand Chinese, there's too many complicated things...XD;

Oh god. There are about 60 dialects all over china (I know cantonese, yepyep, and a little mandarin, national language) and they're ALL TOTALLY DIFFERENT LANGUAGES except for the writing.

Ah, everyone says sheshe or something to me. It's pronounced more like cie cie and means thank you in mandarin. XDD

Yup. I once watched this Japanese show about making kimonos (don't make me elaborate, it was in Japanese so I just had to stare at the TV, bleed my beloved ears out, and try to understand words I couldn't catch) and it showed stuff about extracting silk from silkworm cocoons (at least that's what I think it was O_o) and then their fiber is so fine yet so strong, and then the weaving and then the painting, and then the preparation--
Let's go buy yukatas instead.

Well, here, in Elementary school, highschool, or wherever, I doubt I'd find an animeclub. I keep finding people who WATCH MANGAS. I feel like ranting to them about how you can't WATCH A MANGA, but READ a manga, and watch an ANIME, not a "dessin animé", meaning a CARTOON. AHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!
