like the shadow on face, perhaps a bit more variance in the heights of the "rocks" that make up his body would add a touch more play with shadows allowing image to be more cohesive - as u have a huge shadow with the downlighting on face but then the rest of his body is almost smooth.
just an idea...
overall though, the image has a great feel and tone.
