I found this background of the character which should enlighted the entire history, however I am still not sure if this is correct or if it is the result of someone speculation, anyway I personally think it fit perfectly with the post, don't you agree?
404, Captain Hola and Ensing Hare
404, Captain Hola and Ensing Hare are actually character who never appeared on the show, but are the product of a series of fans and artist who wanted a more participation of Bug Bunnies-like characters in the series, who extensively writed and created art about their project, while never have picked by the producer of the show(given that the presence of a Bug Bunny-like character would definetely shadow that of Duck Dodgers), the character were included in the Duck Dodgers universe.
404 is a supervillan and pirate cyborg of Duck Dodgers universe, who is in fact the alternative version of Bug Bunny (though physically, apart from the artificial arms and legs, he is more pale compare to Bug Bunny, has more hairs and he has red eyes). He is from a planet namedΒ Leporidae-1, an Earth-like planet who was colonized by Rabbit-like people of planet Earth, the planet eventually rejoin and became a member of the Earth Galatic Protectorate, however on the planet there was also a strong indipendence movement, lead by a militant faction know as the Collective, who secretely began to heavily armed themself. Among their plan, they kidnapped several civilian of their planet to turned them into cyborg, wiping their previous memory to turned them in living weapons, unfortuanately for their plans, one of their cyborg, 404, regained his indipendence. After regain his freedom, 404 caused a series of sabotage of the Collective secret base, revealing the the location of the base to the Protectorate, who after realizing the Collective true intentions, decided to mount an all-out assault on the base, in the ensuing battle the military base was destroyed and the Collective leadership was arrested. 404 manage to escape the base destruction and to steal a Collective ship to escape, realizing however that he had no way to regain his former memories and identity, he decide to become a villian in a effort to "punish" the universe of his destiny. While, 404 motive and decision seem psychotic, he is revealed that actually more than a supervillan, 404 is an anti-hero, often joking with his adversitaries and breaking the fourth wall(In a way resembling Deadpool), though compare to Duck Dodgers, 404 show more bravery, intelligence and even in some case, altruism, though it is unknow if 404 simply care less of his life, given that he is a cyborg. As a cyborg, 404 has both legs and arms replaced, which apart to be able to increase his stregh and agility, include multiple weapons and scanner, however compare to the Earth Protectorate technology, they are simply "cheap third-rate product" not granting him even a "1/40" of Steve Boston's abilities. In spite of this, 404 was a target of X-2 kidnapping mission to gain his technology and since then, 404 has some sort of "stance" with the Martians, as well with the Earth Galatic Protectorate who he see as partly responsable of his situation.
Apart from Duck Dodgers, the other Protectorate captain that 404 is constantly at odd, is Captain Hola, the Duck Dodgers version of Lola Bunny, who is similar to her version of Space Jam, a strong, indipendent, brave and sexy woman and also captain, who is consider a rising star in the Earth Galatic Protectorate ranks, however she constantly fail to apprehend 404, who she start to both hate and love(after during one of her mission 404 save her), similar to Duck Dodgers-Queen of Mars relationship. She is also usually accompany by her personal ensing, Ensing Hare, just like of Hola and 404 a native of Leporidae-1, with blue fur compare to the golden fur of Hola, though, in a way Ensing Hare has more like a character of the "Young Ensing Cadet" that that of Buster Bunny, Ensing Hare however has cleary love feelings for Captain Hola, but he feel he is not worthy of her and constantly fight himself to confess his feeling, sometime even asking the help of Cadet and even Duck Dodgers to confess, but in the end, all attemps result to nothing.

Whoa, this is awesome! Β I can't believe how edgy Bugs Bunny looks as a villain! Β And who's this I see in the corner? Β Buster? Β Cool! Β And I especially how you included Lola into the pic, not to mention the three Duck Dodgers characters we're all familiar with.
