Originally, yes but it was changed to Rainflower because Lilystem is seen in a scene in Bluestar's Prophecy where Crookedstar's and Oakeart's mother was already supposed to be dead. To prevent this inconsistency it was changed to Rainflower in Yellowfang's Secret and Crookedstar'S Promise.
