Whereas the previous scene is about the setting - wheat fields, wind mills and evening colours - this one is more about "being there" with the characters and a more sombre, dramatic mood. (I must admit, I do like brooding, moody scenes) "A friendly Miller offered Snow White's weary party a lift down into the vast wheat growing district of the lowlands, where they hoped to find accommodation and rest for the evening."
