It's the 'Animals can't speak so this voice must be my own thoughts' trick, used by Gaspode and Quoth the Raven (Or, in this case, the extremly fat black pigeon) on Sacharissa.I had it lying around for some days already, and didn't upload it until now, because I don't like it very much.
EDIT: I only now noticed that my scanner screwed it up again, but adding the text was so anoying that I'm not going to fix it. Sorry.
