Huh. I'm not familiar with SAI, never tried it out. I really can't recommend one software. For this one, I used Adobe Photoshop. I also tried Sketchbook Pro, Flash or Mischief to make my stuff. I guess try these softwares out and check which one you're more comfortable with (?).
