I figured it out!

I divided my Next Generation into four parts: Mane Six, Royalty, CMC, and Background Characters, which will have simpler refs like these.

from left to right:

Angel Beats
"Oh, please! I don't care what you or any pony thinks of me, I put so much makeup on because I enjoy it! I-I just--I can't believe the nerve of some stallions! Ugh!"
Nicknames: Angel (Parents), Angie (Anyone)
Age: 17
Gender: Female
Family: Coloratura (Mother), Trenderhoof (Father), Coco Pommel (Step Mom), Slip Stitch (Step Brother), Back Hoof Stitch (Step Brother)
Talent: Makeup artist
Notes:
- Her parents thought she want going to be a singer--and she was for a while, she can sing very well--but instead she does makeup for celebs. (mostly ponies her mom has worked with for now) That's why her name is Angel Beats.
- She and Slip Stitch have a little tension, (they don't show it, they're surprisingly good actors) but she loooves Back Hoof Stitch
- The purple streaks in her mane are strands of white dyed purple to match her eyes
- She never goes out with a naked face (or neck)
- Loves shopping <3
- Loves the spotlight, but appreciates being alone
- She's very popular and has a lot of friends (some of them she can't tell they're using her for popularity and such)
- She used to dream of being a merpony-- now she likes doing merpony makeup looks as a teenager
- Though she used to be very angry at both her parents and Coco Pommel, (she didn't show it, unless someone pushed her and she freaked out) she gets along just fine with them now
- Has respect for other cultures and places, but really likes the city life (like meee)
- She loves the glitz and glam like her mother once did and hasn't really found herself yet (that comes later~) Hates autotune though..
- Can get weirdly flirty...

Back Hoof Stitch
"So... you're okay with me not being in sports and stuff like the other colts?"

Family: Coco Pommel (Mother), Trenderhoof (Father), Slip Stitch (Older Brother), Angel Beats (Half Sister)
Talent: Embroidery
Notes:
- Very happy, optimistic
- Creative and imaginative-- actually has a few imaginary friends (half of them are female )
- Loves helping out and always gets himself ready by himself when his family goes out (I dunno... my brother picks out his own clothes before going to something semi-formal and everyone is proud of him)
- Doesn't always wear his blanket (that's Free Fall 's thing) but he likes to when he's at home or running errands with his mom because he customized it himself
- Has a close bond with his parents and Angel Beats, but he can't seem to get to Slip Stitch

Slip Stitch
"Y'know I-uh-I actually had planned something else for that scene, but you do whatever you want. It's totally okay."
Nicknames: Slip (anyone except his mom), Stitch (only ponies who don't know his brother took that name already)
Age: 14 1/2
Gender: Male
Family: Coco Pommel (Mother), Trenderhoof (Father), Angel Beats (Half Sister), Back Hoof Stitch (Younger Brother)
Talent: He's a playwright
Notes:
- He's a pushover like his mom
- Like his dad, he has no idea when ponies like him
- He puts too much trust in other ponies (that's how he got the strange haircut
- His creativity is often misunderstood, so he likes to keep things to himself
- He gets along fine with other ponies and doesn't has a problem with bullying, but he's sensitive and has deep thoughts about what ponies tell him.
