After some heavy research and debating, this is the pricing that I have come up with.
Any additional advice on it would be helpful.
Too much, not enough, anything you have to give will be welcomed, I WANT TO KNOW!!!!

Okay on to the general information:

Please describe in detail what it is that you want and include references. Don't forget to add any additional information that would be necessary for the commission.
If you wish for commission to remain private please state, otherwise it will be uploaded to my gallery
All currency is in USD

Payment
Sketches- full payment upon acceptance.
Lineart / Flat Colors- a sketch will be emailed to you(or noted if that is what you prefer), once this is agreed upon and any changes mentioned, then full payment is needed for finished product.
Shaded/ Backgrounds-a sketch and colored thumbnail will be emailed(or noted) to you, once any changes that need to be added are described and everything is agreed upon, half payment is required to continue. Second half to be sent when image is done.

If you wish to give payment up front, a progress sketch will still be sent to you for any changes needed

Image Size
Sketches- when scanned and finished in Photoshop the finished product will be sized to around 1500px at 72 dpi
Lineart / Flat Colors- finished product will be around 2000px at 300 dpi
Shaded/ Background- finished product will range from 3000px and up at 300 dpi

original image image will be sent to recipient upon payment, a resized version will be uploaded onto dA

Deadlines
Commissions are done in order upon acceptance, will make a list to keep track of progress. Sketches will range within a day or two depending upon received payment. More detailed work, unless you have need for an early deadline, say if it's a gift for someone, I will need at least two weeks to complete the order.

Edits
If, for some reason, there is something that may have been missed and needs changing in the final version, the PSD file will be kept for about a week and then will be deleted for space.

My Rights
I have the right to refuse a request, for any reason.
I have the right to post work done to my dA gallery or use as examples

Your Rights
You have the right to repost images to your gallery as long as you credit me
You may use as references or for roleplaying etc. as long as credit is given.
You CANNOT resell for monetary value.
You CANNOT remove water marks and claim work as your own

Refunds
You may cancel an order anytime during sketching process, any payment given will be refunded fully, no questions asked. Anything passed sketch, half payment will be returned determining how much work was put into it.

Speed Paint Videos
If you would like me to record the process and upload it to Youtube, just ask, it's free of charge.
If you have a choice of music that you would like me to use, please send it to me.
