He's very well done but maybe you should try drawing him in a different style. I find that sometimes helps you to get better 'aquainted' with the character and also helps you develop you own look. Also the pencil is very textured maybe try shading with smoother pencils.
Oh I liked that movie too, especially Jack-Jack at the end but I didn't think they went into any of the characters but the father enough.
