Playing Hana!Kon for a moment at today's Wellington Cosplayers Picnic. You get the reference if you've seen the whole little side-story of Kon stealing Hanataro's gigai.I have other photos of the cosplay which I'll share at a later date. While the bag itself is the overly-printed one from online, I did alter the front to be the dark-aqua colour with all the holes in it.

I actually can't remember hanataro having is gigai stolen... and I've watched all of them! (and read nearly all the manga)
Which one is it in?

The manga has it in volumes 20-21-22 of the manga (at least, I think 20 has some). Not sure when it happened in the anime. It was a little addition on the ends of episodes or chapters.

I know this was posted a long time ago, but in the anime, it only happened in the Golden Cup, which are small little extras that aren't seen in the English episodes, but you can look them up on Youtube and they'll have subtitles.
