Tuscany...just a few miles from San Gimignano. The chairs had been set out but the storm was coming. And what a beautiful storm it was...

we huddled under the veranda and they made their vows. She circled him and he circled her. The rain fell on all sides and the intimacy of the thunder as we pressed in wet and smiling was more beautiful than any sunshine.

I didn't even know I had this image...it was so dark on the contact sheet that I've passed it over for two years until now.
