you look very serene and clear here - so i'd say it's definitely progress. sometimes we get ourselves all tied up in knots when we hold onto everything. it's important to express it all, let it out, not just the words but the emotions.

I've started to do that a little recently, I think it helped prepare me to be able to say any of it out loud. Until lately I've always been a very guarded person and I'm trying not to be so aloof and cold to the people around me.
