As I was sitting in our darkening livingroom, after the storm, waiting for the electricity to come back on....again....I noticed this opportunity for a shot through the window.
It reminded me of a picture PopGoesTheRocket [link] recently posted...hence the title.

Later, after the power came back on, there was a house fire around the corner from me.

All in all, yesterday was an eventful day, and I have many pictures to choose from for posting today...I'll try not to overdo it on the megaposting, but I warn you...I got a variety of different types of pictures yesterday, so today will be a busy one for me...I am always afraid if I don't post them I will forget to do it, what with the new pictures I'm taking all the time.
I also plan on going and having a look at the fire damage today in the full light of day, so there will probably be pics of that upcoming too.
