Every character in Tiny Toons have a deep desiger for something. Buster wants to be funny like Bugs, Babs wants her own mentor (which she DOES have one in Lola Bunny), Furball wants a nice home and a loving family, Fifi LaFewm wants a boyfriend,Calamity wants to show his mentor Wile E. Coyote that he is not a failure, Plucky wants to be a big-shot star, Fowlmouth wants Shirley to date him (which will NEVER happen), and Elmyra wants a pet (and Monty as her boyfriend).As for Little Beeper (even though they show much of him and Calamity on the show), I think his deepest desiger is what all flight-less birds long for, the ability to fly.
Cause all the other bird students (Plucky,Shirley,Sweetie,Conrod Condor, and Fowlmouth) at Acme Loonaversity could fly, so that makes poor Little Beeper an outcast and people tease on him cause he can't fly and he dreams of flying one day.
I think he WILL succesed that goal and his dream will come true someday.

That's what I had in plan of my vision of the sequal to "Space Jam" (Rev teaching Little Beeper how to fly, since the Looney Tunes, Animaniacs, Tiny Toons, and the Loonatics join together).

You're welcome. I've seen video clips of roadrunners flying in short distances. Its amazing how they use their long legs to fly off the ground so fast. Now that's using their instinct to escape besides running.

Thanks. Beeper DOES love fast speed but he also wants to fly cause it's kinda unfair that cuckoo birds (the cousin of the roadrunner) can fly, while roadrunners remain on the ground (although I DID saw a footage of some raodrunners actually trying to fly by using their speed).

Aaww poor Chibi Beeper (yes, I call him Chibi), if he's lucky, his super speed
can make him fly. Or make it seem he coulf fly. But still.

I know. Plus, Beeper can learn how to fly with a help from Rev (cause Rev's a roadrunner and he CAN fly).
