WOW you've gotten so good at painting backgrounds, that looks incredible, all the different plants and details. Also the character looks great as well, love the curious expression.

I really like the dull, dark colors of the background contrasting some with the subject, but with some hints here and there that unify them. Very lovely background for a concept, and a neat "painting" style used, too. Even if this concept didn't become a full, finished piece, then it'd still look great as a concept.
