I have no idea what her name is yet. D:But I think it's Kaku Seiga? I'm not sure...Maybe Sagaro Toriko? Mononobe no Futo? Toyosatomimi no Miko?
I just found out her name is Mononobe no Futo.

To clear up confusion, Miko is indeed female. However, she is based off Prince Shoutoku, who helped greatly in the spread of Buddhism.
