Oshawott is one of my favorite first stage Starters, next to Popplio.So i decided that i would draw Oshawott cuz i get to draw fluff around it, Popplio has that same level of Cute.
So i decided to draw him with more fluff!

Oshawott has captured my eye as the cutest water pokemon.
It's a baby otter starting to grow out of it's baby fur.
