Well the zoo did have RAILINGS exactly build to prevent people from falling in and the parents put the kid on TOP of them. Not exactly the dogs to blame there.

Thank you! I am glad you approve! I love animals (as might be obvious) so I'm sorry I got a bit defensive there. I just find it a shame when species get a bad rep specifically as result of people being dumb. Granted there are cases of wild animals killing people in scenarios that aren't necessarily the person's fault--but on a sliding scale humans kill so so so many more animals then the other way around. I feel bad for the kid also because that shouldn't have ever happened, but I think it's a shame that this is what many people now think about now when they see wild dogs. :[
