A long overdue image of Max (belongs to ~devilSwirl ) and Kay (belongs to me), who just happen to be my oldest pairing with someone else!Lizzy and I first started roleplaying these two back in 2004 (june 24th to be exact), so it’s been 9 years since these two became official. A lot has happened in those 9 years- but these two are super special for stickin’ through it allll~
I figure Max takes Kay out to the ocean by his house quite often so they can have quiet moments with one another. And considering their colours (pink and purple) A soothing sunset fits them well c:

continues yelling about this because its way too cute aaghghh ;; It's crazy how they've changed so much over time in some ways
The lighting on this is so nice and adds a lot to the feel of the whole image, and that background aa it's so pretty I've only stated this a thousand times but it really is.
Beachdates all the time while they're in that city
even at times when they aren't actual dates

What if Twi just took one of Sirius's puppets and used it as a mechanism to get Max to open up.

"...I took it from Sirius- I don't know why he had it either and I'd rather keep it that way- but- HEY! UH-- Because Mr.... Um- Puppet here- Yes. Mr. Puppet- carreeeessss..?

narrows his eyes at Twi all unimpressed like "I'm not talking to a puppet this is ridiculous." crossing his arms

Max tries to ignore the reaction only to be jabbed with guilt and sighs rolling his eyes "You could yanno- try just talking to me directly without all this... puppet crap and maybe try being more clear about what you want me to tell you my FEELINGGSS about." he huffs.

Twi peeks at Max through mounds of white hair. "Wait-" He perks his head up, his posture becoming more welcoming "What? What was that?" His eyebrows remain in creased concern "I'm sorry but usually you tell me to bugger off so this is.... New." His fingers remain tapping against once another, though their motion becomes sporadic as they build momentum.

"Would you rather I go back to telling you to piss off?" Max mumbled, giving a shrug. "Just figure if I cooperate you'll stop with these weird alternatives. Talking through a puppet... nooot gonna make me open up." the boy waved his hands carelessly "You wanna talk so damn bad you're willing to go to those lengths, then fine what is it you want to talk about."

For once, Twi's sluggish posture stiffened up in excitement. "Ah! Well!" He froze, lacing his fingers together and glancing around, not prepared for this turn of events. perspiration begun forming above his already furrowed brows which were now tightening into a squeamish knot. He breathed through his nose loudly, holding his breath as he thought of something to say His normally deep voice came out as a comical squeak, saying "Hooowwww are you...?"

The boy's shoulders dropped down as he stared. "...you've been bugging me all this time because you wanted to know how my day was going. Really. THAT'S it?"

"Wellllll..." The albino said, biting his bottom lip "Not necessarily?" His voice was still strained, as though he was holding back what he really intended to speak about.

Max gave a sigh of frustration, confused by the avoidance of whatever the subject could have been. "Then WHAT? You spent all this frigging time trying to get me to cooperate, just say whatever the hell it is. Jeez."

"Well--" Twi looks at the puppet and sets it down gently upon the nearest table "I tried <8T;;" he lets his head slowly sink down while tapping his fingertips together.
