Just to add some info:
Rumi is a Japanese given name that may be written with the characters for "lapis lazuli" (ru) and "beauty; beautiful" (mi). Therefore, her name means "Beautiful lapis lazuli".
Rumi looks so cute, so pretty, and I think she seems going well together with Ty Lee, considering that she is also.... cute and pretty.
P.S. The color of lapis lazuli is blue but judging from her clothes, she's from the Earth Kingdom. Even though it contradicts a bit, I really don't mind about it at all.
