-Emery is quite the character if he doesnt say so himself. He tries his very best to be and look dignified by always holding his place firm, a hand out just the slightest, his tail held high with his wine glass perched just right, and ofcourse his chin held to point. He tends to have this smug look on his face all the time if he's not sitting somewhere with his nose scruntched up. The Raichu quite puts himself above others. He talks a lot surely but its all bark with no bite. If he's called out on his own he looses his "elegance" quite quickly into something of a stubborn, deperate chu. Emery doesnt like to loose a fight even if he is wrong.

But past all his arrogance comes a rather refined and thoughtful attitude. He can look into details quite keenly and quickly come up with a few suggestions to counter or regard it. While he might not be the easiest chu to get along with he definetly has some perks with strategy and thoughtful conversation. Being the picky thing he is, he makes sure to always find a way to do the most with the least amount of work (especially with his attack strategy-hes all about Spec. Attack to avoid "brute fighting").

◊ History:

He's one shrouded in mystery...not so much that he's a mysterious character-but because his story of his past is very blown up and inconsistant. He is a "Pokemon of grand blood of the purest types" alongside "being raised to be the top percentage of the Chu". Cant forget that he's there to "throw about his wits and share his passions". While he may flaunt himself as so-that's not quite the case with Emery. What's really behind the Raichu one will have to guess between his airy stories about himself.

◊ Fun Facts:

-Always has his wine glass wrapped in the coil of his tail. Even if it was taken out his tail would still hold its coil from reflex.

- Likes to keep liquids in there at all times just so he could "become in balance and elegance" by challenging himself not to spill a drop as he walks or even attacks.

-Speaking of which...he's pretty weak. While he might have a strong special front-one punch in the face cause who wouldnt want to do that would probably knock him out. do u see that defence? its terrible

This is because he doesnt like to physically train his body. "I dont want to knot my fur or taunt my figure!"
