Kel-----Bel,
This is an awesome image.
Great journalistic style.
The way you've captured the police without their faces and heads really adds to the final message of desperate cries falling on the deaf ears of authority.
I love it.

H

sometimes the message is more important than the quality of the photo... sometimes.
this is very meaningful but sadly very true

Nah, just looks tense. There were only 100 people, I hopped outta my car, took a few shots, then ran back in before a cop busted me for illegel parking. Thanks!!!!

Easily your best in my opinion - just for capturing the main characters look if nothing else.

This photo could be from so many places at so many times.... what I particularly like about it is the contrast between the open, varied and predominantly young protesters and the uniform, regimented and immobile police line. There are so many good details - the way that you've captured the emotion and dissatisfaction of the demonstraters, the cable ties the police in the foreground are wielding (surely those are illegal?!) etc.

this picture is great! the girl lookin at you the emotion the contrast of people defending freedom and peace against people who defend the bush administration, tension. if you resize thepicture with adobe photoshop set the resampling to bicubic sharp, this wil enhance th epicture, BUT the whole roughness in it gives it an edge, it look sso much more real and in my opnion it goes hand in hand with the whole atmosphere of the situation, great atuff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
