~GMANIACart gave me the idea, so i did this as a little gift for him to use in a personal project he's currently working on.
He also named this classy, trustable fellow Phileas.
I know, the drawing is simple but none the less, or maybe because of it, i'm actually very happy with this work of mine
Oh, and before any of you ask, this is NOT free to color!!I'm sorry but the only ones who are allowed to further work with this drawing in any way, are ~GMANIACart and my humble self.
