This is fantastic. I love anime characters drawn in realism, so this one totally caught my attention. Totally love how you did the hair and skin, they look realistic.
I have a problem with a few things though. Despite the tears, Ciel looks bored. Maybe if we could see his eyebrows, or if he frown a bit, his sadness would be more obvious. Or maybe he's unfeeling like that *shot*
You can also improve on the clothes and ribbons; they look a bit flat.
Still, great work! Probably one of the best realism-style Kuroshitsuji fanart I've ever seen. Keep drawing!
