Nikolai of Elpis--since the bond with the sky!Shaymin, except for the unexpected run with Prince Caine of Persephoneia, he has yet to meet up with the other rulers. Forever alone, he still feels a bit of unsurety in his role as a ruler and hopes to help out his kingdom around the borders, outside of the palace walls. Realizing his new appearance would be trouble, he prefers hiding his wings under his mushroom hat. Because of the bond with the legendary not too long ago--Nikolai is still a bit tipsy about flying around and prefers strolling around the fields of Elpis on foot.

Now, while out on his travels, Nikolai meets across few people in need of help. With his newly obtained strength from the Shaymin, Nikolai willingly accepts to provide help to those in need. Still, the jobs being too much for just one individual to bear through, Nikolai decides to set bulletin boards across the kingdom so people may feel free to accept job/errands posted on the board.
