Description
Thranduil, the Elven King of Green Wood the Great in J.R.R Tolkien's works.
For this portrait I used a photograph of Lee Pace who portrayed Thranduil in Peter Jackson's Hobbit Trilogy. It was fun to take a photo of the man, and turn it into the elf.
Watercolour, a bit of colour pencils and a touch of acrylic colour. Size is about 18x40cm
