I think that may be the true form. But i thought it was going to be just like the demon heretic statue but with the blind fold off and with 10 tails. Kishi obviously wants Naruto and Bee alive so I don't see how Obito and Madara would obtain a "perfect" form after what he looks like, so that make me think it is the perfect form.

according to the manga ... half of the body of the ten tails is sealed on the moon itself thats why madara wants to summon the moon near enough to combine the revive juubi and it sealed body on the moon ..... so it makes me think that they want to obtain the perfect form of it ......., the revived juubi now is a combination of the chakra of the nine beast , and has a posibility to evolve more ...

oh, that's right. The 6 paths sealed it's body in the moon. But didn't Madara say that he and Obito were summoning the moon to cast the Eternal Tsukinomi Genjutsu?

thats another purpose of the moon.... its either they will use it to project the eye on the moon .. or complete the juubi's body
