Oh my goodness, I am absolutely thrilled at how this one turned out. I always find group pictures extremely hard to draw and honestly, I couldn't be happier with this one.

When I started, I specifically wanted to draw them in normal street clothes and it also gave me a chance to draw Renji with his rarely seen down hair. The background drove me crazy though. Mainly because I couldn't think of what to actually draw. After completely erasing one whole side of it I just decided to go with a bunch of trees (and their swords). I wasn't sure if I really liked the look, but once the color was added I was quite pleased with the result.

Present are (bottom going up): Rukia , Byakuya (OMG he actually looks happy!! o.o), Renji, and finally Ichigo. (For those who aren't familiar with Bleach)

Drawn completely in regular pencil (on 8.5x11 computer paper) then scanned and darkened. I then added in some color with photoshop under the pencil. Some effects were also added above the pencil.

Time: Pencil: approx. 2 weeks in my spare time, Coloring: 2 days.
Drawn with a regular mechanical pencil.
Colored in photoshop.
