To me this shot don't have much interest. The foreground is too large and doesn't add anything to the pic. I would have shot it higher in order to see more of the iron work on top of the arch.
Also, maybe it would work better in B&W, adding atmosphere and therefore more interest to the pic. (just an idea)
Other than that, the pic's sharp, well composed between the feet of the arch, with the fountain well centered.

Awesome---I enjoy constructive criticism. I can understand what you are saying about the lack of foreground interest. I have been trying to incorporate more elements into my shots as I progress with this hobby, but at the time of this shot it wasn't something on my mental checklist. I took a few shots with a higher aspect, but above what you see in this shot is nothing but a very plain ceiling and no additional iron work---I didn't want an area of uninteresting black roof across the top of the photo, although I guess in return I included an uninteresting piece of pavement on the bottom---maybe an odd crop would work. I played around with a b/w version, but ultimately decided to go with color--it just looked better to me.
